Fubah on Copa is all about the pursuit of pleasure – a worthwhile objective indeed!

With an emphasis on a relaxed, casual and friendly atmosphere, you’ll find we present a delightful and ever changing variety of food, wine, beers and events ~ all for no other purpose than to give you pleasure ~ 7 days a week!

We have a great location and we’d like to share it with you.

On weekends and during the holiday season you can start your day from 8am with excellent PeaBerry Coffee. If you’re feeling peckish – a breakfast menu which ranges from healthy fruit salads and muesli through to a full blown American style feast which tastes oh-so-good.

Julie, Warren and Andy have spent many years in hospitality and wine. We intend for Fubah on Copa to have the best beer and wine offering on the Central Coast. You can enjoy about 20 different beers, 4 of them on tap; and explore the delights of a wine list which will grow to almost 100 wines from Australia and around the world. A number of these will be available to enjoy “by the glass”; and from time to time we will tempt you with tasting flights to compare wines side by side.

Our food offering will cater for every taste from Fubah Fries and Mama’s Meatballs, through a bar snack style menu, to more substantial meals, all with recommended wine & beer accompaniment. We will stage interesting food, wine & beer events.

And, of course, you may have heard the rumour about our brilliant Thai chefs who will be creating Noodle dishes, Thai and Japanese cuisine both for dine in and Take-Away.

Our bar will be open from 10am to 10pm. Whether it’s to simply catch up with friends and family over a few beers or glasses of wine, a coffee or soft drink; or it’s to enjoy the delights from our kitchen – you will be welcome.

Weekday afternoons will see a happy hour from 4pm ~ 6pm – perfect for an end of the day chat, a quiet drink and to collect a Take-Away dinner for the family; or to kick back, relax, and dine in.

Finally, while we may have a truly wonderful range of beers and wines, at Fubah on Copa we strongly support the Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines. If you are lucky enough to look young and attractive please remember your ID. Under-age or intoxicated persons will not be served alcohol.

In busy times we will fire up the “Fubus” to collect you and return you home.
